(If Choosen)      Decline collision Damage waiver- Any damages sustained to the unit whilst under contract, is the sole responsibility of the renter. Total costs levied are on a case-by-case basis. Renter is responsible for total damages to unit and must return the unit in the same state it was first rented to them.

 

 

Collision & Damage Waiver (CDW) is an optional damage coverage available while the vehicle is under rental agreement. CDW is not an insurance but is a waiver between the renter and the company, that the company waives the right to charge the renter for valid collision or damage to the vehicle after a deductible, provided the vehicle is used accordance with the rental agreement.

 

 

          CDW BASIC: ADDITIONAL $15.00 DAILY- This option includes tire protection (TP). CDW is an optional damage coverage available whilst the vehicle is under rental agreement. CDW is not an insurance but is a waiver between the renter and the company, that the company waives the right to charge the renter for valid collision or damage to the vehicle provided the vehicle is used in accordance with the rental agreement. It covers damages to the rental vehicle after the deductible of $2000.00 is met by the renter. CDW is at an additional rate of $15.00 daily. Please note that damages to or replacement of tires and rims are covered under this service. Renters will pay for lost keys. In the case of an accident, renters will pay a towing fee if the car is not able to be driven or not operational. The towing cost is separate from the deductible. If the renter fails to notify bolt rent a car after an accident occurs within 24 hour and did not call a police officer to make a report, this will void/ Null this waiver that is selected (CDW Basic $15). The Renter will be liable for all damages sustained to the rental vehicle listed below.

 

 

  CDW PREMIUM: ADDITIONAL $26.00 DAILY: This option includes glass and tire protection (GTP) AND PERSONAL ACCIDENT WAIVER (PAW). CDW is an optional damage coverage available whilst the vehicle is under rental agreement. CDW is not an insurance but is a waiver between the renter and the company, that the company waives the right to charge the renter for valid collision or damage to the vehicle provided the vehicle is used in accordance with the rental agreement. It covers damages to the rental vehicle after the deductible of $1000.00 is met by the renter. CDW is at an additional rate of $26.00 daily. Please note that damages to or replacement of tires, rims, windshield, and mirrors are covered under this service and personal accidents. Renter will pay for lost keys. In the case of an accident, renters will pay a towing fee if the car is not able to be driven or not operational. The towing cost is separate from the deductible. If the renter fails to notify bolt rent a car after an accident occurs within 24 hour and did not call a police officer to make a report, this will void/ Null this waiver that is selected (CDW Premium $26). Minimum age for rental is 25 years old. There will be a $50 charge for any accessories that is missing or damaged upon return of the rental vehicle. A renter and additional driver must have a valid driver’s license and shall produce it at the time of taking delivery of the vehicle. All additional drivers must be listed on the rental agreement and is an additional cost of $4.50 per additional driver for each day of renting. In the event of any damage to or loss of a vehicle whilst in the possessions of or being driven by an unlisted driver, the renter shall be liable for this damage or loss, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY OR WARRANTIES AGAINST INFRINGEMENT.

It is against company policy to take the vehicle on the beach. An immediate charge of $500 for debugging and/ or undercarriage damage will apply. Any returns 2 hours after original rental time will be subject to an automatic additional day’s rental charge at the normal vehicle rate plus taxes and fees ( not subject to any discount). Renters are responsible for returning the vehicle to its initial fuel level or will be charged by the company system generated rates of $10.00 per gallon. There is a No Speeding policy. Once the rental vehicle surpasses 100 kmh we will notify and warn you. After 2 warnings Bolt Rent A Car has all rights to confiscate the rental vehicle and reimburse the renter for any days left on the rental agreement.

Vehicles are NON-SMOKING vehicles. Any smoking therein, will result in an additional $125.00 cleaning fee. After every rental agreement is made, there will be a $500- $1200 deposit withhold to the renter’s credit card, and will be returned back within 24- 72 hour after the vehicle is return intact, no policies are voided and fuel level is refilled to previous state.  FAST TRACK 

Fast track forms must be filled out before you received your vehicle. Failure to fill out your fast track form prior to receiving your car will result in your reservation being subject to cancelation. 

Please note that fraudulent and modified credentials submitted with the fast track form is subject to cancelation.
